When i try to open it it redirect me to status or contact support page. it was working one month ago , i had it for past 1 year or more.
Hi @Arsalan Ahmed ,
I'm sorry to hear this. Your Atlassian account (your login) is separate from the Confluence site. In this case, the issue isn’t your user account, it’s that the site arslan9**.atlassian.net itself is unavailable. It's either the site was deactivated after a period of non-payment or inactive (less likely); or the domain was deleted by another admin (If you have).
So what can you do?
1) Check if the site still exists for your account
2) If you were the site admin / owner
Try signing in directly to: https://arslan9**.atlassian.net/
If you still get redirected, contact Atlassian Support from the email that owned the site: Atlassian Support -> Then choose Confluence Cloud and describe that your site and space Orcalytics have become inaccessible.
I hope everything works out well for you.
Bestest regards,
Peter
@Peter_DevSamurai, I am the sole admin. Two billing accounts are appearing, one billing account directs me toward the newly created Confluence ID, while my previous Confluence ID has just disappeared, and nothing is appearing inside that old billing account.
i tried your mentioned first step, and the newly created account is showing up; the previous Confluence is gone, probably because of non-payment and inactive for 2 months.
i have very, very important information in it. At least allow me to recover that information.

Hi @Arsalan Ahmed,
If the original Confluence site is no longer appearing, it's likely the sate was deactivated and deleted due to being inactive or non-payment. You can contact Atlassian Support for data recovery but if you're inactive for over 60 days (due to Atlassian data retention policy), unfortunately your old data, sites, spaces/projects would be permanently deleted, and cannot be self-restored via the admin console as well.
But if it's within the retention window (less than 60 days of inactivity), please contact Atlassian Support immediately. Your only chance to recover the information is through Atlassian Support, and timing is critical. Reach out as soon as possible with all relevant details.
I truly hope everything works out for you.
Bestest regards,
Peter

@Peter_DevSamurai i have edited my previous reply. How to raise a ticket. It does not seem possible. it always leads to either documentation or community.

Hi @Arsalan Ahmed ,
In Atlassian Support, you can:
Sign in with the Atlassian account that owned the old site.
Under “What can we help you with?” select Technical issues and bugs.
Under “Which app is this for?” select Confluence.
In “What is your URL?” enter your old site URL
Hi Atlassian Support,
I am the sole admin and billing owner of a Confluence Cloud site that appears to have been deleted due to non‑payment/inactivity.
Old site URL: https://arslan***.atlassian.net
Issue: The site no longer appears under my Confluence sites or billing; only a new Confluence site shows. I have very important data in the old site and need to know if it can still be restored or temporarily reactivated so I can export the content.
Could you please check if this site is still within the data retention window and, if possible, help me recover or access the data?
Thank you,
Arsalan Ahmed
You can add a line with your billing ID or SEN/Entitlement number as well.
Bestest regards,
Peter
