@Jeremy Sikkema welcome to the Atlassian community

If you have not logged into BitBucket for a long time then your account will be deactivated and will need Atlassian support to move it out of the dormant state.  Are you on a free plan?  If yes I can escalate to Atlassian.

I believe it is the free plan (and would love to move it to our paid plan account that is a different org). We are still actively accessing the bitbucket repository via our IDE keys, we just don't have access to the email that requires a confirmation code to login through the atlassian portal.

Thank you!

Hi @Jeremy Sikkema

Is it asking you to verify your account with a code before you are able to login?

If so, and you don't have access to your email - unfortunately, you will need to create a new account. It is a requirement to pass this verification measure for security purposes, and this can't be bypassed.

Regards,

- Ben (Bitbucket Cloud Support)
