modify workflow

As a Project Admin
I need to be able to edit workflows in the cloud environment as I used to in the current Jira

So that I can manage and customize workflows for my projects without losing control or flexibility after migration.

is there a way to make all project admins modify their workflow without giving perm to eacy project admin make it by default to all projects

Hi @Nada Elsayed ,

1. You need to grant "Edit Workflows" permission to required users or group. This permission allows users to make modifications (e.g changing statuses and transitions) to existing isolated workflows in their company-managed space.
   i.e. If a Workflow is shared with multiple projects, then the users cannot modify it. 
2. Regarding "default granted to all project admin", you will have modify/create new permission scheme, add Project admin role to "Edit Workflow" permission. Then map the modified/new permission scheme to required projects.
   When a new project is created, you need to map this scheme to it.

what is the option for adding all the migrated projects to that scheme not manually

There is a permission in the permission scheme that you can use to allow specific users to edit the workflow. : Permissions for company-managed spaces | Atlassian Support

yes i already did but is there a way to make it by default granted to all project admin

You will need to create a permission scheme with this specific permission map to the admin project role and use it for each project.
