Is it possible for me to work from premium account with non-premium free users?
My collegues do not want to pay for additional tool, where I would like to start premium plan and use more features of the system.

Another alternative is Anonymous access.

@Patryk Tarnowski, Confluence has the option to have Guest users. That is the only way that I am aware of that you could accomplish something close to this.
