Hi Donat,
I think you might have 'unpinned' the toolbar. Can you check what happens if you select some text on your page? You should then see a toolbar show above the highlighted text.
If you want the toolbar to show at the top again, click on the 'More options' dots on the right and choose 'Pin toolbar to top'.
