lost history of my document and all changes are deleted and overrides due to server issue.

when I used rovo to polish it deleted my 911 line changes. not available in revision, recent activities nor draft also. lost history of my document from yesterday morning till today and all changes are deleted and overrides due to server issue. how to retrieve.
Additional details:
Iam using office confluence account on safari browser. I want to retrieve all changes that I did until today 11:45am.
chat gpt told me it will be available in safari cache if so how to retrive. From my history when I open as its live doc it open empty doc as rovo deleted everything. 
It's urgent please help. Before asking rovo to polish I tried cmd+s that asked me to save offline but unfortunately I didt saved it offline. Does my browser or confluence would have that offline document prepared to save?
Any ways to retrieve it please help its urgent.

Sounds like a bug for me. Please contact with Atlassian support (https://support.atlassian.com) to clarify this. IMO Rovo should create new version of page.

not only it didt create new version of page. but also my last almost 24 hrs revsion histories also got removed. Created ticket to Tech team for help. Is there any way to recover.

Your document may be hard to get back but you can still try some steps. Check the page history in Confluence to see old versions. Ask your admin to check server backup files. Safari usually does not save live pages offline so browser recovery is not likely.

Did you experience some kind of network error where the editor lost the connection with the Confluence cloud. And did you get a option to save your work locally during this outage which you declined?

The page history is only updated when the page is published. I have never heard that Rovo could delete all changes including the Page history.

if you go in to the document in another browser, do you have a notion saying "Unpublished changes" In that case at least some of the changes should be possible to retreive.

Sorry if I can't be of any help but I am trying to understand the circumstanses that lead to this situation.
