login issue

i would like to ask about login issue.

i'm already get access to confluence. 

but , if i try to login using my account.

at that time below error message pop up .

i don't know the reason.

This message is telling that you don't have access to your Confluence instance. You need to ask your admin to assign you a Confluence license for your site.

Unless you are the organization admin yourself, no. If you still don't know who that is, you can ask Atlassian support to check that for you by sending them a query here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/
