issue with Confluence page

seems my page was blocked, destroyed, I couldn't log in for a few days and my colleagues as well

pls support to understand reason of this issue and restore it, if it's really deleted, hope - not

The "permission violation = true" on the end tells us that you do not have access to the page you are trying to view.  The page is either in a space you do not have access to, or that the page has restrictions that block you out.

You say you cannot log in, which would explain it - the space and page permissions are probably such that you have to be logged in as a known user to be able to see the pages.

You'll need to talk to your admins about getting logged in (presumably they've removed your access for some reason) and then possibly the space permissions and restrictions
