is webdav access /editing enabled on our instance of confluence

i did follow the documntation on jira's help page but i'm not able to connect.

trying to connect via command line with 'cadaver' i get this error

could not access / (not WebDAV-enabled?):

501 Method PROPFIND is not defined in RFC 2068 and is not supported by the Servlet API

Connection to `ibuildings.altassian.com' closed.

any help is appreciated

i am now able to connect providing my username and password (I'm admin on our instance) but all that I can get via webdav is

Coll: atlassian-jira 0 Aug 23 09:45

Coll: backupmanager 0 Aug 6 15:15

Coll: dump_files 0 Apr 30 02:45

I THOUGHT I could browse the content of Confluence as I would like to update via webdav the following page

https://ibuildings.jira.com/wiki/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=2622141

can you advise i i can reach this content via webdav?

Hello,

Yes, WebDAV for file handling is enable by default in all OnDemand instance. The WebDAV access for Confluence edit is a native feature, so it's enabled too.
