is there a way to email all users in confluence

When changes on the site happen we have a need to notify the users. It would be easier if we could grab all the emails or click a button. Is there a macro that would make this easier?

If I understand you correct, you want to share the created page to all users? 

You could just make a group and share the created page with this group

• Share a page or blog post 

If you have confluence server, there would be a possibility with a user macro, but I've never send mail via a user macro.
