ip restriction list vs. direct application link ?

I have created an IP restriction list in Atlassian Cloud Organization only for a confluence site called coce123.atlassian.net.

Next i plan to create a direct appliction link between Jira Service management site jira123.atlassian.net and coce123.atlassian.net.

Does a user of the site jira123.atlassian.net,
who has not an ip from the ip restriction,
access to confluence pages of coce123.atlassian.net ?

In particular you should add the following IP address to your list

Atlassian apps and sites

Atlassian apps and sites don't have fixed individual IP addresses. Instead, they use defined ranges of IP addresses. You should allowlist these IP ranges to maintain access to Atlassian cloud apps and sites.
