hI, 17TH JULY we have receibed a cherche of 26,73 euros, but we don't have invoice.

Can you send an invoice of that charch??

Hi @MOVILDATA ,

If you're buying Atlassian products directly from Atlassian (so not from a partner), you should be able to download your invoice if you:

  1. Navigate to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
  2. Go to "Invoices" tab
  3. Find the invoice for the charge on the 17th of July and select "Download" next to it.

If you cannot find the invoice, you can reach out to Atlassian Support team (select "Billing, payments and pricing" option). The billing support team can probably assist you with the matter.

In case it's a partner managed subscription, you will need to reach out to your partner directly.
