If you're buying Atlassian products directly from Atlassian (so not from a partner), you should be able to download your invoice if you:
If you cannot find the invoice, you can reach out to Atlassian Support team (select "Billing, payments and pricing" option). The billing support team can probably assist you with the matter.
In case it's a partner managed subscription, you will need to reach out to your partner directly.
