invite user

Hello,
I would like to invite one user in Jira. I have already invited 5 users with the same domain.
However, this user is not added to the system, not deactivated, and not suspended.
Despite that, I am still getting an error.

I kindly request your urgent assistance.

Welcome to community :) 

 

Please navigate to directory > user and search the user under suspended or deactiavted list

If the user is not there, please reach out to https://support.atlassian.com/contact/ so that the team can check this user email address from the backend and see what is causing the issue 

 

 please check this article : https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-cloud/kb/enable-deactivated-account-to-provide-site-access/ and follow the steps and see if that account is not in the deactivated list
