installing a plugin in hosted evaluation Confluence

Hi,

I'd like to install a plugin for the Exchange on the hosted Confluence that I'm am evaluating. The Plugin manager is missing a tab to install -- I only see "Manage Existing" and "Audit Log" tabs. Is this not allowed in the hosted version ?
