how to modify editor toolbar in confluence data center

How can I add a option in editor tool bar for my custom styles headings in Confluence data center from my custom plugin code

Not sure if this is the right place for your question.

I know with 3rd party vendors apps we can make some changes to the UI only to certain extent. However not sure about a self developed plugin.
