Hello,
We want to migrate a space from on-premises server based confluence instance to the cloud based service. I've exported the space as xml and imported it to the cloud one without any problems. However all the historical users (probably the ones that have been contributed to the space) been exported as well. Most of these users aren't active in the server based Confluence. Since you cannot bulk delete users it was painful to get rid of them one by one.
Is there a way to import just the content but not the users? The only custom selection I can make is to say yes/no to the comments and select/deselect child pages.
Thank you
Serhat.

User clean-up would need to be done prior to the migration or you will have to do it after. There are a number of apps that could help in clean-up on the server instance that can be found here: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?hosting=server&product=confluence&query=user
