how to convert my pics to the confluence version of my work

i Hva created a nice page on a diferent confluence acount as there i have more premissions to add apps and make layouts for the page document, but i am trying to represent it on my work confluence where i have not those apps and the conflueence is more restictied , i do know that i have to update the photos to be the version of my work confluence but if there is any other solution by not doing one by one
