how to configure "created issue" in page

see in picture, the created issue has the same name, how make that duplicated long name not appear.

Welcome to Atlassian Community!
When creating a Jira ticket from Confluence, by default, it will show the Issue type, Issue key, Summary, and Status.
It's possible to remove this information and let only the Issue key or other information. After creating the issue, click to edit the page, click on the Jira issue link and you can remove all the summary.
