how to clone an item to another project

Hi.

I'd like to copy an issue from one of project to other project

is it possible?

when I try to clone the issue, it is remained the same project.

Actually, one project that is used by our client and our team. on the other hand, another project is used by only our team. 

So. I would like to copy it directly. Now, I make an issue and copy and paste from title, attachement, dscription, etc
