Confluence Cloud or Server/Data Center? From the screenshot it looks like the latter.

Hi @zhirui zhang ,

Since you are on cloud, you don't have access to vm files. Vmfiles can only be configurable by end users who have confluence on the server/DV platform.

What you can do is configure the sit page for the cloud:
