how do i set narrow page width for confluence server?

we just upgraded to the current version of confluence server.  We are migrating our content from Confluence Cloud and want to keep the narrow page widths.

How can i do this?

Hi,

Confluence Cloud and Server use different editors, and Confluence Server does not support a site-wide default for narrow page widths. 

If you would like to replicate a similar look for new pages or pages you edit, you can use the "page layout" option in the editor to create a three column layout, using the middle column for the content.
