how do I opt OUT of receiving all these emails ?

I am getting way too many emails and Im just a storekeeper, I dont want anymore emails from this forum, I need to opt out, i cant just take out my email, if I try, it goes back in

Go to your profile and de-select all the watching options.  This will cut you down to only mails about systems you are responsible for and where you have chosen to watch.
