how can I add Confluence in MS Teams?

I have not found the Confluence App in my MS Teams Applications list. How can I add it?

Hi @Gustavo Gomez welcome to the Atlassian community.

Please be informed your organization need to approve the Confluence app integration, only then your Jira/ Confluence admin will add the Confluence to the MS team apps list.

So, I would say, kindly contact your organization project sponsor to approve the app.
