How best to go about giving access to our knowledge base spaces to our customers outside our instance and what granularity of control do we have (i.e access to specific pages for specific customers) Thanks
You will need to give the customers accounts in your system, accounts which are added to a "can use" group, and probably a group representing that customer, and probably no other groups.
You can then control what spaces and pages they can see (and edit, attach, comment etc) via the space permissions, adding the individual users, or doing by group if that's easier for you.
