Hi @gaetano.ricchetti, welcome to Atlassian Community. I not fully sure I understand your question correctly, but if with "AKA words" you mean "also known as" and you want to show the definition of a specific word or an abbrivation, I will try to answer.
With the new Atlassian AI implementation you can double click any word and select Define, like this:
