generate a DOC or PDF file

Hi,

yesterday I install plug in for generate a DOC or PDF file. It looks working, but it did not finish with download generated document....

Do you have som Idea, what todo?

Hi @Peter Gottstein ,

Check the console (Inspect -> Console) and see if there are any errors showing, like status codes that are either in range of 400 (client) or 500 (server).

If this doesn't help, I'd suggest to use a different app.
