flag to check page edit mode

is there any way to check if the confluence page is in page edit mode or page view mode ? 

Any flag in code will work here

Hello @Dattatray Tamke 

There are no flags, rather to distinguish the reading and editing mode:

• Reading mode
  • Pencil icon on the right side of the screen
  • Whenever you click on the page itself and want to make some changes, you won't be able to do so
• Editing mode
  
  • The pencil icon is gone
  • The blinking cursor is appearing and ready for your input

I need the flag in writing logic of one of the flow in my code base, 
Hence I am asking if we have any thing from atlassian side which shows page in edit mode.
