Have you managed to resolve this? If not, could you share some additional details (e.g., examples or screenshots of what appears to be an issue)?

There are basically three levels of 'access' when it comes to Confluence:

1. App access (license)
2. Space access
3. Page/content access

Where do you seem to be 'stuck'? In Confluence DC and Cloud Premium there's inspect permissions feature that you can use to troubleshoot this. 🕵️

@ilayaraja Rengasamy can you try following these steps/this article: Introducing User Access! Where admins can audit + troubleshoot permissions (all paid editions)? With this, if you're a Confluence admin, you should be able to verify what each user can see/edit. 👀

Are you the admin for your confluence? Do you know if they have Atlassian logins? If they do then you need to check if they have the right group added to access the space.

i created the page and added given the access to my team members.   i cant add specific few cox Id's
