even after promoting a space template in confluence it doesn't work

even after promoting a space template in confluence it doesn't work. it is not showing under My Templates, or Featured Template. I can only see it under Space Settings->look and feel->Templates->User Created Templates.

it is not showing under My Templates, or Featured Template. I can only see it under Space Settings->look and feel->Templates->User Created Templates.
