error with template

Hi,

in confluence if i Click on the Template button in the top of the page and select the Jira Report template to create a Status Report I got this error:

"we can't create that blueprint right now"

if instead i create a page and then i wanna apply the same template i got this other error:

"We couldnt load the template

try refreshing the page"

i already resetted the default page template

any ideas?

Hi! I’m new to this too, but from what I know, this error usually happens because of permission or setup issues. Try these:

• Check if you have permission to use the Jira Report template.
• Clear your browser cache or try a different browser.
• Make sure Jira is properly linked to Confluence.
• Confirm the Jira Report template/add-on is enabled and updated.
• Try creating the page in a different space to rule out space-specific problems.
• If it still doesn’t work, reach out to your admin or Atlassian support.
