error creating confluence account

tried to create(add) confluence account from my Trello page . . .I tried the url name scottishmap . . . clicked create, but got an error "try again later or contact support" . . .

tried again later, but with same result. I then tried with smap-edinburgh . . .but got the same error message. This time I decided to contact support, so here i am :)

Hello @David Woodhead , a lot of users are having this error. Do this again but in incognito mode.
