Hi,
We are currently using confluence and would also like to use confluence to keep track of equipment status and maintenance deadlines. Could you recommend a confluence feature to help us create more insight in maintenance of our own equipment?
A useful option would be to create a Confluence database or structured equipment register. You can track details such as equipment name, location, current status, last maintenance date, next service deadline, responsible person, and maintenance history.
You could also use status fields, filters, and calendar views to quickly identify equipment that is due for servicing or requires attention. For stronger reminders and task ownership, the register can be linked with Jira automation to create maintenance tasks before each deadline.
This would give your team one central place to monitor equipment condition, upcoming maintenance, and completed work.
Hi @Roxanne Visscher and welcome.
You can use Confluence Databases.
Each piece of equipment has its own page - which is a DB entry, it has the last updated date, you can enter other dates and data manually, there are labeling and tagging options.
Also, there a Jira app called Shoppie that could be useful.

By equipments, if you mean assets, there is a feature called Assets in Jira Service Management.
You should be able to track the details in Assets
Thanks,
