enable macro per space

Is there a plugin which will allow me to enable a macro per space?

I want to enable the HTML macro for some users, or in some spaces. (Either would solve my problem.) We have deemed it a security risk to enable the HTML macro for all users. We are wondering what tools exist for limiting accessibility to certain macros.

We are using self-hosted Confluence.

This plugin will allow you to lock down the macros by user, I don't see how to restrict to certain spaces:
