edit pages purple box in the way

Hello,
I am wondering if it's possible to remove this box when editing a page. I can't edit anything behind the box as it's in the way and I can't figure out how to get rid of it. It is also not fully displaying, so I am wondering if the cancel button is somewhere at the top, but is not properly displaying.
