edit HTML in a page?

How do I allow confluence users to edit HTML in a post on a wiki page?

I tried searching for HTML macros plugin but it doesn't appear when I go to:

  1. Choose Browse > Confluence Admin.
  2. Select 'Plugins' in the left-hand panel

HTML macros cannot be enabled in the onDemand instance.
