Anyone solved the preservation and collection aspects with Confluence with another on-prem service or solution? We've run down a few with no luck so far for various reasons.
Ultimately, we need the ability to export a site space and each subpage as individual PDFs (OR to multi-select subpages) that can be related back to the parent with a metadata file. More specific requirements are aiming for:
-Bulk export in common file format / able to be processed to a legal review tool, including associated metadata and parent/child relationships where applicable.
-Attachments / embeddings / other wiki links to be exported with associated data / records must maintain metadata upon export and be traceable back to the parent record
-Preservation: able to suspend page deletion capabilities / make retention period indefinite without altering every single user's permissions manually
