On or before Nov 18th, when selected to create -> selected any type of drawing [uml or flowchat...] directly the tool used to open. Now the tools are not opening. Some text window comes. Seems need to program for UML/ flowchart drawing/diagrams. Am I not using confluence [i.e. create -> diagrams] right way? Please suggest.
What drawing app are you using? Have you contacted their support? Have you tried different browsers? Maybe sharing some screenshots would help diagnosing what is going on.
