Just over a week ago we added support to draw.io diagrams to Confluence. This morning I spent 2 hours editing a diagram. I clicked publish and its vanished - gone form the page and my work is lost.
This has happened twice in the last week. Is this a known issue?
I have managed to find the diagram which disappeared from the page and I can re-embed it - but if I do this it is no longer editable and no different to a png.
If I right click on the "..." and go to attachments I can see a number of png and draw .io diagrams which I cannot edit or delete.
If this is the expected behaviour I will cancel the subscription for the draw.io macro and revert to embedding png files which is a p.i.t.a. bu a lot less frustrating than paying for buggy software,
Hi Mark,
This is not expected behaviour but we need to know more details in order to help.
Please submit all the details here: https://drawio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/14/group/15/create/49
We need browser version, drawio version, how you tried to edit the diagram: is it via edit diagram pen or you edited Confluence page first and then the diagram, are there other plugins used on that page etc.
Thanks,
Marija
I have not experienced this after many tears of use. Maybe you should reach out to their support - https://drawio.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/14
