decision register is not showing my items

This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Decisions Blueprint

My decision register was move to another page. After that "ALL" my items are not showing in the Decision Register. They ONLY show as Child Pages,

why?

and How can I fix this?

When you say it was "move to another page", do you mean you moved the content to another page, or the whole page?  Could you check the settings on the macros in the decision register to see fi they need updating?
