Dear Atlassian Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well.
I recently discovered that my Atlassian account (dmitriirudnik.atlassian.net) was deactivated due to inactivity. Unfortunately, I noticed the notification too late, and I am truly concerned about the potential loss of my data in Jira and Confluence.
I would like to sincerely ask if there is any possibility to restore my account and recover the associated data.
The information stored there is extremely important to me. It includes project documentation, structured notes, and planning materials that I have been carefully building over time. Losing this data would be a significant setback for my work.
I genuinely enjoy using Atlassian products — both Jira and Confluence have been incredibly helpful tools in organizing my workflow and maintaining structured project documentation. I truly appreciate how thoughtfully designed and powerful your platform is. It has made a real difference in how I manage my projects.
I fully understand the inactivity policy and take responsibility for not logging in in time. If there is any recovery window still available, I would be deeply grateful for your assistance in restoring access.
I would very much like to continue using Atlassian services actively going forward.
Thank you in advance for your time and consideration. I truly hope there is still a chance to recover my data.
Kind regards,
Dmitrii Rudnik
