confluence server is not working well

i have many bugs.

first,

if i will button click to "Spaces" for makes spaces then i can't see layer menu.

so i can't go to my space.

second, 

if i will button click to "Create  more" for makes somethings then i can't see layer menu.

so i can't creat.

how can i fixed it?

or can i License Key  reset?

if i can't fixed i want to reset my License Key.

Thank you for reporting this issue. 

I understand you're using Confluence Server version 6.15.6. I just have a few questions for you.

1. Is this a new installation, or an upgrade? Was it working previously?
2. Are you behind any firewall or proxy? If so, can you please bypass that to see if you still experience the issue?
3. Does this occur in more than one browser, such as Firefox and Chrome?
4. What database and version are you using? If you're using MySQL, can you also let us know what driver version you uploaded?
