confluence page keeps creating

I have a page called "AI-DA - Common Data Format & Pipeline". A similar page, entitled "AIDA - Common Data Format & Pipeline", keeps creating itself. How can I stop it from autogenerating?

This sounds like some form of script or app trying to do some form of sanity check when you create the page.  I'm afraid Confluence doesn't create pages like that itself, you'll need to track down what app is doing it and reconfigure it.
