When account A named test@dm have ever use or login confluence, but if the account A is deleted or move to another domain, such as test@tm1, does his previous login history will be keep or deleted?

By "move to another domain", you mean if you change the email address of the user? Or the actual username?
Confluence server supports renaming usernames. It will remain the same user in the database so login information should be kept.
