Hello @jon
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Go to https://admin.atlassian.com/billing
Click on Subscriptions.
Click the Inactive tab.
Do you see Confluence listed there with a Cancelled On date of 4/13? And does it have a Reactivate button?
If so click that button to restore your subscription and (probably) your data.
I say probably because Atlassian says they will permanently delete the data "soon" after deactivation without telling you exactly when that will be.
Hello @jon
What help page are you referencing? Can you provide a link to that page? If it is the link I provided, how is it not being helpful? Have you filled out the fields in the form? What information are you specifying in the form fields?
Can you provide a screen image of the screen you are viewing for Billing, where you say nothing is shown? Obscure confidential information.
Can you provide a screen image of what you are viewing when you see the things you described in the last paragraph of your reply?

the help page I'm refacing is from an AI chat help util. there doesn't appear to be a link I can share. here is the text:
It is understandable to be concerned when a site is deactivated, but if your *Confluence Cloud* site was deactivated due to inactivity, you may still be able to restore it and your data if it is within the 14-day suspension window [^01^].
## Reactivating your Confluence site
To prevent permanent data deletion and restore access, follow these steps:
* Go to *admin.atlassian.com* and select your organization [^01^].
* Navigate to **Billing** from the top navigation bar [^01^].
* Select **Manage** for the specific cloud site that was deactivated [^01^].
* Open the **Inactive** tab to see if *Confluence* is listed [^01^].
* To restore the product, go to **Products** in the navigation bar and select **Add Product** [^01^].
* Choose your site and select **Try it now** or **Reactivate** for *Confluence* [^01^].
## Preventing future deactivation
*Atlassian* reserves the right to deactivate *Free Confluence Cloud* sites due to inactivity [^02^]. To keep your site active in the future, simply log in and view any *Confluence* content regularly, as this is recorded as activity [^02^].
Are you able to see *Confluence* listed under the Inactive tab in your billing settings?

It appears that the Subscriptions / Inactive > reactivate was the solution I was looking for.
This wasn't under Billing but was under Subscriptions. Thank you so much!
I have access to my site data again.

I'm glad you were able to recover your subscription and data!
It is always important to verify information given to you by an AI about a product against the vendor-provided documentation for that product. AI's rely on the information they can access which may be outright wrong or outdated due to product changes.

this help page doesn't work:
Reactivating your Confluence site

the billing section has nothing:
You don’t have any apps right now
Any app subscriptions you sign up for will appear here.
and I don't see my site under 'products'/confluence nor add or reactivate, I was only able to add a new url: "Choose your site and select Try it now or Reactivate for Confluence "
