confluence as a collaborative watch platform

is it possible to use confluence as a collaborative watch platform like scoop it ?

is there any app to help to do that ?

Hi Brice,

I believe it's possible, but you may have to acquire 3rd party plugins to mimic key functionalities that scoop it provides.
