colleagues can not be unlocked for our confluence page, although they have already clicked the confluence link.

what can I do to unlock it anyway?

From my understanding, you want to give your colleagues access to a specific Confluence page, and are unable. Is that right? 

• Could you share which link you're referring to when you say that they've already clicked the link? 
• Were these colleagues already licensed Confluence users?
• Did you import any of this data from another Cloud site?

If you are working with a Cloud Free site, as it appears you may be, there's no way to manage permissions individually. If you had permissions that you've already applied to your pages, and those were imported into the Free site, then it keeps the existing permissions. You'll have to open up the page or space to all users. See Manage permissions in the Free plan of Confluence Cloud for details on how to do that.
