I am the Admin of our Confluence account. But our company's email addresses has changed from .org to .com, so now I cant get back in to our account. It creates a new user instead.
Is your account is still accessible through the previous e-mail address? This is if you are using e-mail and password to login.
You might want to reach out to Atlassian support if you are not able to access your previous account. If you are using user provisioning, you might want to reach out to your IT team to fix this issue.
