If you have something like DIV macro or any other container macro that allows you to align the contents of a nested macro then you can use that
As for adjusting the height and width then you can easily do that with a CSS (assuming the question is about Confluence server/data center)

Revieiwng what I can find including the third party app Refined which is a new overlay for Confluence this can't be done in Cloud.
In Data Center it maybe possible but it would be unsupported as it would require custom scripting
