can not receive invitation

i can't receive invitation email from my team mate. I have been trying it for few days, my team has sent out multiple invitations but i do haven't anything in my mail box or spam.

Can you confirm the following:

• They are inviting you to use the Confluence application?
• Your email domain is the same as your teammates?
• Your teammates have checked and are sending it to the proper email address?
