bulk email to customer/supplier from JSM

Hi, 

If we have a JSM and is used for external users (could be supplier or customer), is it possible to send a bulk email to all of the external uses registered/grouped in system?

Unfortuantely, there is still ongoing request with Atlassian: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSDSERVER-5102

You can either use any third party plugin or as an alternative, export all the customers and send them using your current mail setup.

Being a site admin you can pull the list of all the customers.
